Pay Rate: $35,000 - $45,000/year DOE/ DOQ

Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Location: East Montana, Anaconda, Billings, Bozeman, Butte, Corporate Wide, Great Falls, Helena, Kalispell, Missoula

Description:

The  AWARE, Inc. Electronic Health Records Project Manager will manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope. Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing. Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables. Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems. Develop and manage information technology projects.

 KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Demonstrated experience in leadership, healthcare quality improvement, healthcare information management and/or healthcare information technology (HIT). Intermediate experience working with Windows and PC based software products. Experience working in a deadline driven environment, handling multiple tasks. Good written and verbal communication skills., the ability to translate numbers into plain English while forming professional working relationships with a welcoming and helpful customer service approach. Travel required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Four year degree in business, health care, IT or related field and 3 years related experience; or equivalent experience in related field.  Clinical experience highly preferred (RN, LPN, CNA, Pharm Tech, PT, PA) A Valid Montana Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record required.
