Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

GENERAL SUMMARY:

AWARE’s Comprehensive School and Community Treatment (CSCT) Service Coordinator functions as a core member of a collaborative care team and is responsible for supporting mental health care in coordination with school based mental health, school personnel and other mental health providers as appropriate.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain an individual caseload, while working closely with AWARE’s Clinical Professionals in providing services as assigned. Provides support to individuals and       their families in order to manage in the least restrictive setting and to enhance self-sufficiency skills. Prepare reports, applications, and supporting documentation within established timelines.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; psychological research methods; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Understand principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.        

 A Valid Montana Driver’s License, along with a clean motor vehicle record required.

 Education/Experience:   A Bachelor of Art (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field is preferred; along with one (1) year direct work experience. An educational equivalency may be considered – – depending on the specific nature of the applicant/employee.
