Considerable knowledge of general maintenance practices, including extensive carpentry knowledge, general home repair, and landscaping techniques. The ability to problem-solve, repair, and generate effective solutions.
Good communication skills, the ability to work independently, the ability to work with a variety of staff persons, and the willingness and patience to work with persons with developmental disabilities.
The above knowledge, skills, and abilities are typically acquired through a combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation form high school, GED, and job related vocational training and two (2) years of direct job related experience. Requires a Montana Driver’s License and clean motor vehicle record preferred.
