Pay Rate: $30,500 - $36.500 DOE/DOQ

Schedule: Tue - Sat 11am - 7pm

Description:

AWARE’s Program Manager II directs and supervises all aspects of the daily functioning of a group home. Disciplines staff as needed under the direction of the Program Director.  Schedules shifts and monitors record-keeping and treatment plans. Evaluates staff performance.  Provides administrative input to the program’s management team. Provides clinical treatment to all residents in the home on a daily basis under the supervision of the Director and the Therapist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:  This position requires the employee to have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service or at least three years of direct employment experience, in addition to holding a supervisory or leadership position for one year.  The employee will be required to pass and maintain mandatory training certifications, including First Aid, CPR, Medication Certification, and H.E.L.P. training.
