Pay Rate: $38,500 - $44,000

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

An AWARE LCPC / LCSW Therapist provides overall program supervision of the Adolescent Residential Program. Ensures that all treatment services and interventions are provided in accordance with established levels of professional practice. Provides direct program supervision to all Adolescent Residential Program staff. Participates in the development of long-range planning; develops, implements, and monitors appropriate clinical criteria and need; and provides individual, group, and family therapy.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Thorough knowledge of residential program administration is essential in addition to knowledge of human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation; and the assessment and treatment of behavioral and affective disorders. Knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions, and for career counseling and guidance

Education/Experience: An advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.  Requires one (1) year direct work experience and a current LCPC or LCSW License.  As a condition of continued employment, AWARE’s Child and Family Clinician must maintain the specific professional license and/or professional certification as required by state, federal governing boards, and other such certification boards.
