Looking ahead to October!

We are excited to host our 3rd annual Clinical Leadership Summit. This year's summit, Treasured Healing: Trauma Informed Clinical Care, brings together clinicians and students studying in the field, and those who work alongside them.  We will explore our natural and assigned roles as caregivers and leaders.

The goals are to build creative skills and harness resilience to work with individuals and families for the success of the person served and the provider of service.

The 2024 summit will feature three tracks—innovations across the field, trauma informed practices, and professional caregiver leadership. Throughout the summit, speakers will weave evidence supported practice models with true selfcare practices and leadership inspiration.  Keynotes will drive exploration of use of self in our work and vital community connections.  Breakout sessions include speakers on challenging behavior, EMDR, professional development, and trauma healing work.  Continuing Education Credits are available for licensed mental health therapists.

The 2024 summit is set for October 16-17 at the Great Northern Hotel in Helena. This event hosted by AWARE and open to the public. Registration is OPEN!

More events are coming to a community near you SOON!

If you have any questions or would like to learn more about any of these opportunities, please reach out to Maria Goheen at mgoheen@aware-inc.org.
